After a flying start our 3rd cohort of trainees are all on live files and progressing to being signed off.. We are so excited to bring on our May 2022 Trainee Costs Draftsperson Cohort, which is our 4th cohort of trainees. Our Director and Training Coordinator, Rebecca Bidwell, is proud to have developed the training programme to where it is now, and we are ecstatic to announce we won at the Don’t Panic Events UK Company Culture Awards, in the Best Employee Development Programme (In-house) category.

We have successfully recruited 4 trainees and a have progressed one of our own processing staff members to this position, keep an eye on our blog and social media to follow their progress.

Sarah Hill

Sarah has been working for Bidwell Henderson for over a year now, as a Processing Administrator and recently completed a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. She is now joining the trainee programme to become a Law Costs Draftsperson. Sarah has performed at the West end theatre in London in November 2017, a mesmerising experience she will forever treasure.

Mike Begg

Michael is based in London and previously worked in digital project management in the Civil Service for a number of years before deciding to change careers. He married his wife at the beginning of 2022 and they own a cute Japanese Spitz called Jasper. They are both food bloggers in London and have the incredible privilege of regularly being invited to eat at restaurants for free – very lucky indeed!

Helen Harris-Jones

Helen is from Bolton and has been in her previous job since she was 18. Helen and her wife had both secretly planned to propose to each other on a holiday to the caribbean. Her wife got their first!

Kelly Job

Kelly is based in Carmarthen. She is a mother of two and has a degree in Economics from Bristol University. She lives in West Wales and enjoys walking on the beautiful beaches around her. She was previously an Antiques Dealer and still enjoys collecting vintage jewellery.
