We have had a fantastic week celebrating and participating in this year’s National Apprenticeship Week! In the seven years since Bidwell Henderson was established, we have had 5 apprentices join us who have all continued to build their careers here:

Chelsea Allcock has been with Bidwell Henderson for over 4 years now and is the Business Development Assistant, she started off by completing her Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship with us. She oversees all things Marketing and Recruitment as well as being heavily involved in our market leading Trainee Law Costs Draftsperson Programme.

Roman White started with Bidwell Henderson in June 2019 as an Administration Assistant, to complete his apprenticeship in Level 3 Business Administration. He has since progressed to join the IT Support department, which involves, organising all onboarding of employees, maintaining, and researching new IT management systems, and liaising with our external IT support provider, among other responsibilities.

Sarah Hill joined Bidwell Henderson 1 year and 5 months ago, in September 2020, and is part of the Processing Team, as a Processing Assistant. Sarah is currently completing her Level 3 Business Administration with the hope of completion soon.

Emma Shears has been working with us for a year now, as she started at the beginning of February 2021, as our Marketing Assistant and is currently completing her Level 3 Digital Marketing with GBS Apprenticeships. She helps us to handle the management of our social media platforms, websites and works on our recruitment campaigns.

Chandler Edlin joined Bidwell Henderson June as part of the Administration Team. He has recently progressed into the Processing Team, as a Processing Assistant. Chandler is currently completing his Level 3 Business Administration.
