Former Trainee Law Costs Draftsperson, Samantha Wright, sat down with Marketing Assistant, Emma Shears, to talk about her experience of joining Bidwell Henderson during the pandemic, our bespoke Law Costs Draftsperson Training Programme, and advice for our future trainee cohorts.

“I have learnt a lot of personal skills, as well as professional skills through the well-structured and thought-out training programme. I have access to the best minds in the industry for support and advice, as well as the helpful tools and guidance from the training programme. I have learnt a lot and each day, I still learn new tricks to maximise my potential in my role, as well as feeling more confident in my work each day. You don’t need to have any experience to apply for the role. The only thing trainees need to have is good English and Math’s skills (minimum Grade C or equivalent).
