Roles and Responsibilities
Becoming an Admin Apprentice at Bidwell Henderson isn’t just an admin job. You will spend your time learning how the business works and for those apprentices who shine, you will have progression opportunities available following your 18 month training.
Responsibility – You’re a capable individual so right from the start of your career you’ll be given responsibility to ensure your work is of the highest standard before it is checked by your mentor.
Client Facing – Our company is dedicated to providing the absolute best service to lawyers. You will be trusted to communicate with our clients and provide the highest standards when doing so.
Education – Everything that we do as a company ensures we achieve our goal – to build confident law costs draftspeople who are hungry for knowledge and are therefore able to provide our clients with the best service.
Don’t worry, we’re not expecting you to be an expert in all of these things. If you are trainable, proactive and resilient, our bespoke training programme and one to one mentoring will help you develop everything else.

Meet Chandler Edlin
Chandler joined Bidwell Henderson mid 2021 as an Administrator, in 6 short months he developed into our Processing Team, whilst completing his Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

Meet Emma Shears
Emma joined Bidwell Henderson at the beginning of 2021 as a Marketing Assistant, completing her Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship, in our Business Development Department.

Sarah joined us as an Administration Apprentice but has progressed to working within our processing team.

Meet Roman White
Roman joined us as an Administration Apprentice and is now working alongside Ann Henderson in the IT Department.
“I started off working for Bidwell Henderson as an Administration Assistant whilst also doing a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration Apprenticeship course. Now that I have completed this Apprenticeship course Bidwell Henderson has helped me move onto a new role as the IT and Systems Co-ordinator. I have now learnt more in IT and have taken on more responsibilities. The best place to start a career, surrounded by the nicest people to work with, it is a great experience to work here!”
